Chailey Charter

All children and young people linked to Chailey Heritage, wherever they are, whoever they are with, whatever they are doing, have fundamental rights while in our care. These rights are listed in our Chailey Charter which has been prepared for our pupils by Chailey Heritage Clinical Services and Chailey Heritage School. We believe that all children and young people have the right:

To be safe

To be listened to

To be respected as an individual

To feel good about themselves

To be as fit and healthy as possible

To be encouraged to develop
