We are committed to listening to our pupils and give them every opportunity to ‘have their say’: - All staff have advocacy built in to their induction and ongoing training.
- All pupils are helped to make a written contribution to their Annual Review expressing their wishes and achievements.
- Pupils who are year 9 and above are invited to their Annual Review and Future Placement Planning meetings.
- Once a year all pupils get the chance to fill in a questionnaire and can express what they like and don’t like about school.
- Residential pupils can attend the Bridge the Gap Advocacy Group, where they get the chance to discuss issues that are concerning them.
