Joanne joined the Foundation in the summer of 2023 and oversees our People & Culture team, working on making our colleague experience the best that it can be. Her role focuses on all people related matters including recruitment, learning & development and colleague relations.

She brings a range of business experience from financial services to manufacturing and engineering, but has demonstrated a passion for volunteering and supporting charities over many years. Joanne has been in leadership roles spanning almost 30 years, with a passion in learning and a broad background in HR.
